Communication from the secretariat

On 20 December 2024, pursuant to paragraph 20 of the "Procedures for the Implementation of Article XXI of the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS) (Modification of Schedules)" (_S/L/80), Australia initiated the certification procedure regarding the modification of its Schedule of Specific Commitments in Communication _S/SECRET/13/ARB/3. Since the Secretariat has received no objection within 45 days following the circulation of Australia's Communication (_S/SECRET/13/ARB/3), in accordance with paragraph 20 of document _S/L/80, the Certification procedure has been concluded.

The modification as attached to document _S/SECRET/13/ARB/3 is hereby deemed to constitute an integral part of Australia's Schedule of Specific Commitments under the GATS as of 4 February 2025.
