CERTIFICATION of Specific Commitments

The following communication, dated 22 November 2024, from the delegation of Chile is being circulated to the Members of the WTO.

In accordance with document _S/L/512, Chile hereby informs the Members of the WTO that, following the conclusion of the relevant domestic approval procedures, the improvements as attached to document _S/C/W/404, and corrected in documents _S/C/W/404/Corr.1 and _S/C/W/404/Corr.2, shall enter into force and constitute an integral part of Chile's Schedule of Specific Commitments under the GATS on 20 February 2025.
