URUGUAY

Communication from the secretariat

In accordance with the certification procedure initiated in document _S/C/W/468, dated 28 June 2024, concerning the Schedule of Specific Commitments of Uruguay, and since the Secretariat has received no objections within 45 days as stipulated in the procedures contained in document _S/L/84, this certification procedure is hereby deemed concluded.

The improvements as attached to document _S/C/W/468 shall enter into force and constitute an integral part of Uruguay's Schedule of Specific Commitments under the GATS on a date to be specified by Uruguay following the completion of its relevant domestic approval procedures.
