Communication from the secretariat

Pursuant to paragraph 2 of document _S/L/84, the certification procedure initiated in document _S/C/W/398, as corrected in document _S/C/W/398/Corr.1, concerning the Schedule of Specific Commitments of Canada is hereby deemed concluded, further to the withdrawal of the objections by South Africa (in document _S/L/537) and India (in document _S/L/545).

The improvements as attached to document _S/C/W/398, as corrected in document _S/C/W/398/Corr.1, are hereby deemed to constitute an integral part of Canada's Schedule of Specific Commitments under the GATS as of 22 May 2024.
