Communication from the secretariat

Pursuant to paragraph 2 of document _S/L/84, the certification procedure initiated in document _S/C/W/405, as corrected in document _S/C/W/405/Corr.1, concerning the Schedule of Specific Commitments of Georgia is hereby deemed concluded, further to the withdrawal of the objections by South Africa (in document _S/L/537) and India (in document _S/L/540).

The improvements as attached to document _S/C/W/405, as corrected in document _S/C/W/405/Corr.1, shall enter into force and constitute an integral part of Georgia's Schedule of Specific Commitments under the GATS on a date to be specified by Georgia following the completion of its relevant domestic approval procedures.
