Communication from the secretariat

Pursuant to paragraph 2 of document _S/L/84, the certification procedure initiated in document _S/C/W/417, as corrected in document _S/C/W/417/Corr.1, concerning the Schedule of Specific Commitments of Albania is hereby deemed concluded, further to the withdrawal of the objections by South Africa (in document _S/L/537) and India (in document _S/L/539).

Albania has communicated that, further to the completion of its relevant domestic approval procedures (as reflected in Law no. 91/2022, dated 22 December 2022), the improvements attached to document _S/C/W/417, as corrected in document _S/C/W/417/Corr.1, shall constitute an integral part of Albania's Schedule of specific commitments under the GATS as of 16 May 2024.
