The following communication has been received from the delegation of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on 27 February 2024.

SERVICES DOMESTIC REGULATION DISCIPLINES

1._       The process of certification of the United Kingdom's schedule of concessions and specific commitments in services set out in document _S/C/W/380 (as corrected by document _S/C/W/380/Corr.1) is ongoing.

2._       As set out in document _WT/GC/226, the United Kingdom fully respects the schedule of concessions and specific commitments set out in document _S/C/W/380 (as corrected by document _S/C/W/380/Corr.1), pending completion of the procedures contained in document _S/L/84.

3._       The United Kingdom welcomes the conclusion of the certification process of the Services Domestic Regulation commitments for most participating Members and is pleased to have issued the United Kingdom's corrigendum to our original certification request (in document _S/C/W/416/Corr.1).

4._       The process of certification for the United Kingdom's Services Domestic Regulation commitments is ongoing. Pending conclusion of this process, the United Kingdom will continue to adhere to the Services Domestic Regulation disciplines.
