NEW AND FULL NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE XVI.1 OF
THE GATT 1994 AND ARTICLE 25 OF THE AGREEMENT ON
SUBSIDIES AND COUNTERVAILING MEASURES

Ecuador

The following communication, dated 3 July 2024 and received on 11 July 2024, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Ecuador.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article XVI:1 of the GATT 1994 and Article 25 of the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, and in conformity with the procedure for new and full notification every two years, Ecuador hereby informs Members that it neither grants nor maintains on its territory any subsidies that fall within the meaning of Article 1.1 of the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures or that are specific within the meaning of Article 2 of that Agreement.
