The following communication, dated and received on 20 March 2024, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of the United States.

Pursuant to Article 32.6 of the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures and Article 18.5 of the Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994, the United States hereby notifies:

Investigation of Claims of Evasion of Antidumping and Countervailing Duties, 89 Fed. Reg. 19239 (Mar. 18, 2024).

The United States is notifying a modification to its regulations pertaining to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations to adopt as final, with changes, interim

amendments to the CBP regulations that were published in the Federal Register on August 22, 2016 and notified as _G/ADP/N/1/USA/1/Suppl.25 - _G/SCM/N/1/USA/1/Suppl.24 (dated 26 August 2016).

The United States also announces that CBP deployed a case management system in April 2021, which CBP and the public use for filing, tracking, and adjudicating allegations of evasion of AD/CVD orders.

The regulations are effective April 17, 2024.
