REGIONAL TRADE AGREEMENTS SUBJECT TO
IMPLEMENTATION REPORTS

This document lists regional trade agreements (RTAs) notified under
Article XXIV of the GATT 1994 and GATS Article V for which an implementation
report is due, in accordance with paragraph 15 of the Transparency Mechanism
for RTAs.[1]
As of 1 March 2024,
implementation reports are due for 210 RTAs, and the end of implementation (EOI)
for 12 RTAs is in 2024. The EOI for a total of 107 RTAs is from 2025 onwards,
while for 1 RTA the EOI year is not available.[2],

[2] In cases where the goods and services EOI is different and/or where
different transition periods apply for different Parties to the RTA, only the
longest transition period is shown.
