NOTIFICATION

The following submission, dated 11 December 2025, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of the European Union. The notification concerns domestic support commitments (Table DS:1 and the relevant supporting tables) for the Marketing Year 2022/2023.

Information provided by the European Union for the period since 1 January 2021 covers its current 27 member States. For the period until 31 December 2020, information provided by the European Union also covered the United Kingdom. Marketing year 2020/2021 was the first year without the United Kingdom.

This notification includes amounts paid out under the Covid-19 measures implemented by the EU and the member States reported in its ad-hoc Reports to Regular CoA in document _G/AG/GEN/159 and its addenda 1 to 5. It also includes amounts paid out under the Temporary Crisis Framework for State Aid measures to support the economy following the aggression against Ukraine by Russia (2022/C 131 I/01).
