NOTIFICATION
The following submission, dated 23 June 2025, is being circulated at the request of
the delegation of the State of Kuwait. The notification
concerns export subsidy commitments (Table ES:1)
for the Calendar Year 2022.

In accordance with
Articles 10 and 18.2 of the Agreement on Agriculture, the State of Kuwait
notifies that it provided no export subsidies to agricultural products in the
calendar year 2022.
