The following submission, dated 14 November 2024, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Malaysia. The notification concerns imports under tariff quotas (Table MA:2) during the Calendar Year 2022.

For the reporting year 2022, the enclosed Table MA:2 notification lists all tariff quotas in the Schedule. The tariff quotas to which a tariff-only regime have been identified as "not opened" under the relevant column.
