NOTIFICATION

The following submission, dated 7 April 2025, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of the Republic of Korea. The notification concerns imports under tariff quotas (Table MA:2) during the Calendar Year 2024.

TRQs on meat of swine (KORQ005), meat of fowls of the species Gallus domesticus (KORQ006) and orange juice (KORQ060) were abolished in 1997 and the TRQ on meat of bovine animals (KORQ004) was abolished in 2001. A tariff-only regime applies to these TRQs since then.
