NOTIFICATION

The following submission, dated 14 November 2024, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Malaysia. The notification concerns the use of special safeguard provisions (Table MA:5) during the Calendar Year 2023.

Pursuant to the notification requirements, Malaysia notifies that the special safeguard provisions were not invoked in the calendar year 2023.
