NOTIFICATION
The following submission, dated 17 July 2009, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Cuba. The notification concerns actions taken in 2003, 2004 and 2005 within the framework of the Decision on Measures Concerning the Possible Negative Effects of the Reform Programme on Least Developed and Net Food Importing Developing Countries (Table NF:1).

The Government of the Republic of Cuba hereby notifies that no grants were provided in 2003, 2004 or 2005 under Article 16.2 of the Agreement on Agriculture.
