_COMPILATION OF QUESTIONS FOR THE MEETING ON 25-26 SEPTEMBER 2025 [1]

The present document compiles questions received by the Secretariat by the deadline of 8 September 2025 as specified in _WTO/AIR/AG/86. Questions cosponsored via the AG‑IMS as of 9:30 am on 10 September are already reflected accordingly in this document.

[1] This document has been prepared under the Secretariat's own responsibility and is without prejudice to the positions of Members or to their rights and obligations under the WTO. The assignment of themes to matters raised under Article 18.6 serves primarily to support the efficient organization of discussions during Committee meetings. Where questions encompass multiple aspects, thematic classification has been guided by practical considerations. This exercise does not reflect any Secretariat assessment of the questions raised or their relative importance. The full text of all questions, as originally raised, has been reproduced in the compilation and will be considered accordingly during the review process.
