DRAFT REPORT (2025) OF THE COMMITTEE ON
BALANCE-OF-PAYMENTS RESTRICTIONS

1.  This report has been prepared pursuant to the Procedures for an Annual Overview of WTO Activities and for Reporting Under the WTO (_WT/L/105).

2.  The Committee met on 15 May 2025 to elect as Chairperson H.E. Ambassador SÁNCHEZ FUNG (Dominican Republic).

3.  It adopted its annual report to the General Council (_WT/BOP/R/125) on 13 November 2025. No other meetings of the Committee were held in 2025.
