DRAFT report (2024) of the committee on
balance-of-payments restrictions

1.  This report has been prepared pursuant to the Procedures for an Annual Overview of WTO Activities and for Reporting Under the WTO (_WT/L/105).

2.  The Committee met on 28 May 2024 to elect as Chairperson Ambassador Ms. Clara Manuela da Luz Delgado Jesus (Cabo Verde).

3.  It adopted its annual report to the General Council (_WT/BOP/R/124) on 2 December 2024. No other meetings of the Committee were held in 2024.
