of the People's Republic of China to the World Trade Organization
Report of the Chairperson to the General Council
Pursuant to paragraph 18 of China's Protocol of Accession (WT/L/432), the Committee on Balance-of-Payments Restrictions held its seventh annual review under China's Transitional Review Mechanism at its meeting on 19 November 2008.
The representative of China stated that his delegation had no information to provide except to note that no trade restrictive measures for balance-of-payments reasons had been taken.
There were no further comments.
