INTRODUCTION

1.  This document provides information on the implementation of Article 67 of the TRIPS Agreement. It concerns the technical cooperation activities carried out between 1 July 2023 and 30 June 2024 by the European Union and individual EU members States in favour of developing and least developed country Members, with the objective to facilitate the implementation of the TRIPS Agreement.
