In principle, I would like to refer you to our responses to the Checklist of Issues on Enforcement. Provisions on enforcement are contained in the Liechtenstein laws on intellectual property which have been notified to the Council. But I should add that the Liechtenstein Trademark Law has been revised and that the new Trademark Act which has been p
