NOTE FROM THE SECRETARIAT

In order to assist Members, the following are deadlines for submission of various documentation following up on the April 2021 meetings, and in conjunction with the October 2021 meetings of the Committees on Anti-Dumping Practices, Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, and Safeguards, which will be held in the week of 25 October  2021.

Members are reminded to always submit written questions and answers directly to the Member concerned at the same time that they submit them to the Secretariat for circulation.

1  AD/CVD Legislation Notifications

The Secretariat will circulate to Members by 17 September 2021 a list of the new notifications of legislation that will be on the agenda for review at the regular meetings in October 2021. Pursuant to procedures adopted by the Committees, notifications circulated in all three WTO working languages not later than 13 September 2021 will be reviewed at the Committees' October 2021 regular meetings.

17 May 2021                     Written follow-up questions regarding notifications of legislation reviewed at the Committees' regular meetings in April 2021.

7 June 2021                      Written answers to written questions regarding notifications of legislation reviewed at the Committees' regular meetings in April 2021.

13 September 2021         Written questions regarding previously-reviewed notifications of legislation, for consideration at the Committees' regular meetings in October 2021.

4 October 2021                Written questions regarding new notifications of legislation to be reviewed at the Committees' regular meetings in October 2021.

11 October 2021              Written answers to written questions submitted by 13 September 2021 regarding previously-reviewed notifications of legislation, for consideration at the Committees' regular meetings in October 2021.

2  Safeguards Legislation Notifications
