Regarding paragraph 72, please expand upon the factors or analysis the investigating authority will consider in examining "the degree of recovery in the economic position of the domestic industry of the Member states after the impact of the prior dumped imports."

Reply

The degree of recovery in the economic position of the domestic industry of the Member States after the impact of the prior dumped imports is to be examined in expiry reviews. It has been an established practice of the EAEU investigating authority to make such an examination. The examination normally includes an overall assessment of the state of the domestic industry during the period considered in the expiry review, primarily on the basis of trends in the injury factors listed in paragraph 72 that are pertinent to the economic performance of the domestic industry.
