3. _ Informal Group on anti-circumvention
3.1 The following is a recap of the approach followed for convening the
meetings of the Group:
First, if a paper is submitted 6 weeks before the actual meeting, the
Informal Group will be convened.
Second, if no paper is received by that relevant deadline, the annotated draft
agenda will so note and indicate that a meeting of the Group will be held only
if a delegation so requests by the date for comments stated in the annotated
draft agenda.
Third, if any delegation requests a meeting by the date specified for
comments in the annotated draft agenda, a meeting will be convened. If no delegation makes such a request, no
meeting will be convened.
Accordingly, the following are the deadlines
for the spring 2026 meeting:
16 March 2026 Papers
to be submitted by 16 March 2026 to
convene an April 2026 meeting of the Informal Group to consider the paper.
15 April 2026 Requests
to be submitted by 15 April 2026 to convene an April 2026 meeting of the Informal Group and to place
