Review of the trial period on the use the e-agenda

decision of the Committees

At their respective regular meetings held on 30 and 29 April 2025, the Committees on Anti-Dumping Practices and Subsidies and Countervailing Measures ("the Committees") reviewed the use of certain features of the e-Agenda tool, pursuant to the decision set out in document _G/ADP/33 – _G/SCM/166 – _G/SG/285.

The Committees agreed to extend the current practice concerning the e-Agenda for an additional two-year period, maintaining the use of the following features:

-_    (i) uploading Members' statements; and

-_    (ii) facilitating access to relevant documents for meetings.

This extension will remain in effect until the Committees' regular meetings in Spring 2027, at which time Members shall review the use of these features again to determine any further action.
