The United States thanks Solomon Islands for its notification, and poses the following question:[2]

Question

In its notification, the Solomon Islands states that it has no antidumping, countervailing duty, or safeguards legislation. Can the Solomon Islands also confirm that it has no investigating antidumping or countervailing duty authority, or competent authorities for safeguards investigations? If so, can the Solomon Islands let Members know when that notification will be made?
