[4] On 22 December 2023, the Department of Agriculture (DA) issued Department Order (DO) No. 12, series of 2023 on the second extension of the imposition of antidumping duty on imports of wheat flour from the Republic of Türkiye for a period of three (3) years. After its complete publication on 23 December 2023, the DA Department Order took effect on 7 January 2024. The Bureau of Customs (BOC) Customs Memorandum Circular (CMC) No. 08-2024 dated 10 January 2024, which implements the DA Department Order, was issued on 15 January 2024.

[5] Pursuant to Department Order No. 10 dated 17 November 2014, issued by the Department of Agriculture (DA), on the "Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty on Wheat Flour Imports from Türkiye for a period of five (5) years."

[6] Pursuant to Department Order No. 10-2020 dated 18 September 2020, issued by the Department of Agriculture (DA), on the "Extension of the Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duty on Wheat Flour Imports from Türkiye for a period of three (3) years (2020-2023)."
