ANNUAL REPORT OF THE Committee on trade in
financial services
TO THE COUNCIL FOR TRADE IN SERVICES (2022)
1.1. Since its previous Annual Report to the Council for Trade in
Services[1],
the Committee on Trade in Financial Services held one formal meeting, on 14
October 2022.[2]
1.2. The purpose of the meeting was to consider the proposal from Canada
to organize a thematic seminar on "Financial Services: Trade, Inclusion
and Accessibility", contained in document JOB/SERV/CTFS/1. As decided at
the meeting, the Chairperson will hold consultations on the way forward and the
Committee will revert to this proposal at the next meeting to be held on 7 December 2022.
