Communication from the secretariat

Pursuant to paragraph 2 of document _S/L/84, the certification procedure initiated in document _S/C/W/422, dated 25 January 2023 as corrected in _S/C/W/422/Corr.1, dated 28 October 2024, concerning the Schedule of Specific Commitments of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is hereby deemed concluded, further to the withdrawal of the objections by India (in document _S/L/552) and South Africa (in document _S/L/550).

The improvements as attached to document _S/C/W/422, as corrected in _S/C/W/422/Corr.1, are hereby deemed to constitute an integral part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Schedule of Specific Commitments under the GATS as of 14 December 2024.
