Communication from the secretariat

In accordance with the certification procedure initiated in document _S/C/W/465, dated 19 February 2024, concerning the Schedule of Specific Commitments of El Salvador, and since the Secretariat has received no objections within 45 days as stipulated in the procedures contained in document _S/L/84, this certification procedure is hereby deemed concluded.

The improvements as attached to document _S/C/W/465 shall enter into force and constitute an integral part of El Salvador's Schedule of Specific Commitments under the GATS as of 5 April 2024.
