The Agreement on Trade in Services and Investment between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Belarus consists of the Preamble and the following 10 chapters: Initial Provisions and General Definitions, Trade in Services, Investment, Temporary Movement of Natural Persons, Electronic Commerce, Micro, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, Intellectual Property, Competition, Dispute Settlement, and Institutional and Final Provisions.
