Brief description of the Agreement: 

Provisions of the Agreement on free trade in services, establishment, activity and investments apply to matters related to trade in services (including specific regulation of financial and telecommunication services), establishment, activity and investments between countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation), the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
