NOTIFICATION FROM CHILE AND THE EUROPEAN UNION

        The following communication, dated 13 May 2025, is being circulated at the request of the Delegations of Chile and the European Union.

        Chile and the European Union (EU) wish to notify Members that part IV of the Agreement establishing an association between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Chile, of the other part, done at Brussels, Belgium, on November 18th 2002 ceased to have effect on 1 February 2025.
