Measure:

Law No. 1210, General Tourism Law

Description:

The purpose of the General Tourism Law is to encourage, promote and regulate tourism activities through the establishment of regulations that ensure the sustainable development of such activities and the central involvement of individuals, families, communities and the public and private sectors. Its scope covers tourism activities in all forms, under the principles of Sustainable and Social Tourism, Inclusion and Accessibility, Promotion of Customs and Traditions, Entrepreneurship and Creative Economy, and Sovereignty.

Presidential Decree No. 15-2024 - Regulations implementing Law No. 1210, General Tourism Law

Description:

The purpose of Presidential Decree No. 15-2024 is to establish the regulatory provisions for the implementation of Law No. 1210, General Tourism Law.
