Measure:

Marine Pollution (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Act, 1986. Marine Pollution (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Amendment Bill.

Description:

This Amendment Bill aims to improve existing regulations to better protect South African oceans from ship-related pollution. It aligns with the MARPOL Convention, which sets international standards for preventing pollution from ships.
