COMMUNICATION FROM MEXICO

The following communication, received on 31 October 2018, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Mexico.

1.  Pursuant to Article 6 of the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures, the Government of Mexico hereby reports that, on 25 October 2018, the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Development, Fisheries and Food published, in the Mexican Official Journal, a Decision declaring certain federative entities and a municipality within the national territory to be free of pink bollworm (Pectinophora gossypiella).
