Committee on Government Procurement,
Having regard to Article XXIV:2 of the Agreement on Government Procurement done at
Marrakesh on 15 April 1994 (the "1994 Agreement"), and
Article XXII:2 of the 1994 Agreement on Government Procurement as amended
by the Protocol Amending the Agreement on Government Procurement, done at
Geneva on 30 March 2012 (the "amended Agreement")[1];
