of Viet Nam's State Trading Enterprises Pursuant to Paragraph 4 of the
Understanding on the Interpretation of Article XVII

The following communication, dated 27 August 2018, is being circulated at the request of the Delegation of Viet Nam.

The following notification is made pursuant to Article XVII:4(a) of the GATT 1994 and Paragraph 1 of the Understanding on the Interpretation of Article XVII of GATT 1994, and to respond to the information provided in the counter-notification of the United States in document G/STR/Q1/VNM/4 on the State Trading Enterprises of Viet Nam.
