Supplement
1. Under Article 25.11 of the Agreement on Subsidies and
Countervailing Measures, Members shall submit, on a semi-annual basis, reports
of any countervailing duty actions taken within the preceding six months.
2. This is to remind all Members of the call for semi-annual
reports that the Secretariat circulated on 15 June 2018 in document G/SCM/N/334.
As indicated in that document, Members are invited to submit[1]
their semi-annual reports covering the period 1 January-30 June 2018 not
later than 15 August 2018. Members are encouraged to submit their reports by
31 July 2018 if possible. Members that have not taken any action within
the reporting period are invited to inform the Committee accordingly.
