Pursuant to Article 6.2 of the Agreement on Trade-Related Investment Measures, the Government of the Republic of Liberia hereby notifies the Committee that Liberia has no specific mechanism for the publication of investment measures. Generally national laws, regulations and other legal provisions are published in the Official Gazette.
