The following communication, dated 4 June 2018, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Afghanistan.

With reference to Article 18.5 of the Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the GATT 1994, the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan notifies the Committee on Anti-Dumping Practices that it has no laws and/or regulations relevant to the Agreement.
