New and Full Notification Pursuant to Article XVII:4(a) of the
GATT 1994 and Paragraph 1 of the Understanding on
the Interpretation of Article XVII

Liechtenstein

The following communication, dated 22 May 2018, is being circulated at the request of the Delegation of Liechtenstein.

Pursuant to Article XVII:4(a) of the GATT 1994 and Paragraph 1 of the Understanding on the Interpretation of Article XVII, I would like to inform you, that due to the customs union treaty between Liechtenstein and Switzerland, the notification of Switzerland of 9 May 2018 (G/STR/N/17/CHE) should also be taken to cover Liechtenstein.
