request that it be circulated to the Committee on Government Procurement.

Dear Mr. Newham,
I wish to convey the letter from
H.E. Mr. Vasily Matyushevsky, First Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus, to Mr.
Roberto Azevêdo, Director-General of the WTO, with the request of Belarus for
observer status in the WTO Committee on Government Procurement dated 27 April
2018 No. 31/221-123 and its unofficial translation.
I would be grateful if the
Committee could consider our request at its next meeting.
