Invocation of paragraph 5 of Article XXVIII
The following communication,
dated 7 February 2018, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of South
Africa.

South Africa wishes to inform Members that
South Africa reserves its rights under Paragraph 5 of Article XXVIII of the
GATT 1994 to modify its Schedule of concessions and commitments in Schedule
XVIII, during the three-year period commencing on 1 January 2018.
