Notification under Article 5.1-5.4 of the Agreement[i]

The following notification, dated 30 January 2018 is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Ukraine.
[i] "Members which institute
licensing procedures or changes in these procedures shall notify the Committee
of such within 60 days of publication [...]" (Art. 5.1).
