Invocation of paragraph 5 of Article XXVIII

The following communication, dated 28 December 2017, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of the Gambia.

The Republic of Gambia reserves its right under Article XXVIII:5 of the GATT 1994 to modify its Schedule CX during the three-year period commencing on 1 January 2018.
