ANNUAL REPORT OF THE WORKING PARTY ON DOMESTIC REGULATION

TO THE COUNCIL FOR TRADE IN SERVICES (2017)

 

Since its Annual Report of 2016 to the Council for Trade in Services[1], the Working Party on Domestic Regulation (WPDR) held four formal meetings, respectively on 25 November 2016; 14 March 2017; 15, 16, 22 June and 5 July 2017; and 2-4 October 2017[2], and two informal meetings, on 27 February and 9 May 2017.[3] During the period covered by this report, the Working Party continued with its work on the development of regulatory disciplines pursuant to GATS Article VI:4.
