NOTIFICATION UNDER ARTICLE 7.3 OF THE AGREEMENT
ON IMPORT LICENSING PROCEDURES (2017)

Nicaragua

The following communication, dated 23 October 2017, is being circulated at the request of the delegation of Nicaragua.

Pursuant to Article 7.3 of the Agreement on Import Licensing Procedures and with reference to its notification published on 13 October 2009 in document G/LIC/N/3/NIC/1 containing the replies to the annual questionnaire, the Government of Nicaragua hereby notifies that those replies should be taken as fully valid for the 2017 annual period, with the exception of the numbers of the Ministerial Decisions establishing the regulations governing the administration of the tariff quotas bound by Nicaragua under the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the tariff quotas introduced as a result of lack of supply for this year.
