The following communication, dated 10 March 2016, is being circulated at the request of the Delegation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In accordance with Article 6.2 of the Agreement on Trade-Related Investment Measures, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan has the honour to notify that the Republic of Kazakhstan has no specific publications in which trade-related investment measures may be found. All laws, decrees and other regulatory measures are published in the Gazette of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ведомости Парламента РК) and the following newspapers "Kazakhstanskaya Pravda" ("Казахстанская правда") and "Yegemen Kazakhstan" ("Егемен Қазақстан").
